Graduate Programs Scholarships - Can Anyone Apply for $10,000 Scholarship Drawing?

Graduate Programs Scholarships are there to help out students who still need financial assistance to pay off all their educational costs.  We've listed a couple of Graduate Programs Scholarships you can take advantage of to help your financial situation.  Before you apply, make sure you qualify for the Scholarship Programs.

Every month, $10,000 in scholarship money is given away at Scholarship Zone.  To apply for this scholarship you only need to be eighteen years old and be a resident of the United States.  An easy, one-page registration form is all you have to fill out to enter the scholarship drawing.  The drawing ends each month so regiser soon.

You can also research further the Higher Reach Scholarship from Walmart.  Over the span of 4 years, associates of Walmart can get up to $13K.  In your application, you need to be able to demonstrate financial need to the scholarship committee and you also have to maintain at least a 2.5 grade point average.

Another scholarship you may want to take a look at is the Carnegie Writing Scholarship.  You have to have completed a minimum of two years of College to apply.  Also, the use of foreign language is a plus.

You should apply to all the scholarships you qualify for.  Don't miss those dreadful deadlines, so begin applying now.

Remember to start applying early for your scholarships.  You should do a good job of showing how you excel in the classroom setting and how you make an impact in your local community and school.

Can a Math major enter a Biomedical Engineering graduate program?

I am about to graduate from a small college with a math degree. I intended to get a second degree in biomedical engineering at another school but financial aid for second degree transfer students is proving to be impossible to find. How likely is it that I will be accepted into an engineering masters program with no engineering backround?

Some engineering schools would accept u on a provisional bases.

You would most likely have to add another year or two to your master program.

You have all the required math
But your lacking the about four semester in chemistry and biology

Also the basic engineering classes you would need to pick up also.

So your looking at about four years to get ur graduate degree.

Some of the smaller schools will require less prerequisites.

In my opinion you will always be at a disadvantage because your BS is not in engineering.

If you were an employer would pick someone with a math BS and engineering grad degree..........or someone with a engineering degree
