College Scholarships?

Alright so this fall I'm going to be an senior in high school & of course, It's finally time for me to apply to colleges.

I really want to apply to out of state schools specifically california - however my parents have made it clear they won't financially support me going into an out of state school.

Neither my GPA nor SAT are amazing -my WGPA is 3.48. & My SAT score(on the 2400 scale) is 1700. I do have many honors and AP classes under my transcript and the only thing worth noting is the number of technology/engineering classes I have. I am a girl, and I am aware there are many scholarship opportunities for women in engineering/technology. By the end of senior year, I should have 6~7 technology credits plus a technology internship on my transcript.

My question is, Are there any specific scholarships I can apply for to help me fund my goal of going to an out of state school?
