Real Estate Grants - Free Money

What do you think you can do with real estate grants? Buy a home, get Free Government Money to fix your current home, or maybe you can get cash to invest in real estate? All of these options are realistic possibilities, as there is millions of dollars in free grant money for those who want to purchase, improve, or invest in real estate. There's even money for individuals that are having trouble paying their current bills and need a little financial assistance.

Real estate grants can accomplish a number of things to those who apply and qualify to receive this money. You can get:

  1. First Time Home Buyer Grants
  2. Foreclosure Grants to Keep Your Home
  3. Home Improvement Grants

That's just to name a few. Once you search the grant database, you'll see that there are hundreds of programs that you can apply for in order to get free government money or private foundation grants. Best of all, this is money that you never have to pay back. Once you are approved, the cash is sent to your attention or to your account, and it's yours to keep. Simply spend the money in accordance to the terms of the grant program, and you'll never have to repay the funds.

And because these are not loans, you will not have to complete a credit check. That means you can be bankrupt and broke, or you can have a high-income and lots of cash on hand and still get approved for free grant money. It doesn't matter. Real estate grants don't require down payment money or a cosigner either.

Are there any Government assistance or grants for single mothers?

I am a single mother trying to pay off bills and pay rent monthly. Do any of you strong single mothers know of any REAL grants I can try to get to assist me with my life. I currently live in Louisiana and I really want some help. I don't have child support and Section 8 housing is a mile long to get on. The last one I called said that it would be about 2 or more years before I can even be considered for assistance. Please Help....God Bless!!!

Louisiana does offer help to single mothers in the form of Medicaid (health insurance), child care assistance, food stamps, and utility assistance. However, these are based on your income and resources. I also recommend taking advantage of the Pell Grant to further your education because it can provide a better living in the long run. The housing waiting list sounds normal on the wait, but there are places around the country with closed waiting lists. I will include some free resources to help you locate government programs. Good luck!
